N.B. Registration is based on geographical diocese location:

Archdiocese of Perth

Three Day Registrations: $250

Archdiocese of Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra Goulburn, Melbourne, Hobart and the Diocese of Broken Bay, Bunbury and Parramatta
Three Day Registrations: $220

Diocese of Armidale, Ballarat, Bathurst, Broome, Cairns, Darwin, Geraldton, Lismore, Maitland, Newcastle, Port Pirie, Rockhamption, Sale, Sandhurst, Toowoomba, Townsville, Wagga Wagga, Wilcannia Forbes, Wollongong. 
Three Day Registrations: $190


Groups can register up until the Festival. However, late fees will apply from 1 October.

N.B. Late registrations and payments will incur a $25 late fee per person.

Meal Tickets

Meal tickets will be available for groups, supplied by the venue, for $15 per person per meal. Tickets can be exchanged in the Festival food hall for a variety of meals, including specific dietary requirements.

Local Transport

Transport is not included in your Festival Registration fee.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Early bird registration must be booked and paid for before 12 September for rates to apply.

Payment via credit card on the online registration site is the preferred method of payment. Online payments can be made with either Visa, MasterCard and will incur a merchant fee of 2.2%.

By selecting the ‘Pay Later’ option (applicable for groups only) you agree to pay your invoice within 14 days of the invoice date to confirm your registration (payment details included on invoice).

Registrations will be acknowledged in writing to the email address nominated with confirmation of requirements according to the registration form submitted. A tax invoice will be attached to this email. If you have not received a written confirmation within seven days, please contact Encanta

All registration cancellations must be received in writing to Substitutes are welcome.

From 13 September – 18 October 75% Refund
From 19 October – 15 November 50% Refund
From 15 November No Refund
Failure to attend No Refund
